The Gram CF61S commercial freezer is the part of a new range of commercial chest freezers from Gram, and replaces the old Gram CF610 model as the large capacity freezer in the range.
It has a storage capacity of 580 litres, which also comes equipped with three wire baskets. The interior is made from hammered aluminium and is accessed through a lift up lid manufactured from stainless steel for easier cleaning and greater durability. The lid is also fitted with an integral security lock, allowing frozen produce to be safely locked away. The exterior of the Gram CF 61 S is white aluminium.
For easier defrosting of the freezer, it is equipped with a defrost water drain.
Capable of operating between -21 degrees centigrade and -11, this large commercial chest freezer is CFC free, being cooled using the HFC based refrigerant, R 134a.
