The KPS40CH blast chiller. from the Gram range of blast chillers is a spacious and quality model designed to chill food quickly and efficiently.
It comes with a right hand hinged reversible door which closes automatically and has a stainless steel exterior and interior. Dimensions are 800mm x 830mm 1750mm.
The inside of the fridge has support for 10 x 1/1 GN trays or bakery trays, and the chiller also comes with a multipoint probe with 3 measuring points.
The temperature range of the Gram KPS40CH blast chiller is from 0 to +10 degrees and it can quickly chill up to 36kg of products from +70 to +3 degrees within 90minutes.
The product does need to be connected to an external drain.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days to all mainland UK addresses and there is a 3 year parts and labour warranty with the model.
