The KPS40SH blast chiller and freezer from Gram is a stylish and efficient device, suitable for any professional kitchen.
It has a range of functions for chilling and freezing products. It can freeze up to 25kg from +70 to -18 degrees within 4 hours, and will chill 42kg from +70 to +3 degrees within 90 minutes. The temperature range is between -25 to +10 degrees.
The Gram KPS40SH has a right hand hinged reversible door, which closes automatically, and it comes equipped with a removable support for 10 x 1/1 GN trays.
It is stainless steel both outside and in, and has dimensions of 800mm x 830mm x 1750mm ensuring it has a spacious interior capacity. Please note that it is necessary to connect the unit to an external drain.
There is a 3 year parts and labour warranty and delivery takes from 3 to 5 days to all mainland UK addresses.
